BA (Hons) Business Management (Marketing)

The course builds knowledge sequentially, developing the robust and well-rounded foundation that today’s employers actively seek unlocking each student’s full professional potential.

In the first year, students develop broad knowledge across key areas of business management, including people management and an introduction to how modern organisations function. At subsequent levels, the focus shifts to traditional and digital marketing tools, strategy planning, innovation, communications, and business transformation. Students gain a thorough understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of key marketing functions, alongside a strong awareness of the ethical and professional environment in which marketers must operate today.

The course has been developed with input from leading organisations and researchers, ensuring students are exposed to the most relevant and current advancements in marketing. Graduates leave with the knowledge needed to address real skills gaps in the industry and because the programme also builds competency in core business areas such as operational planning, finance, and management theory, students develop important transferable skills that support a flexible and future-proof career.
